To expand our return team we are looking for someone who wants to start asReturns Specialist
What are you going to do?
You will work in the Retours department in the warehouse of Dimass in Haelen, a specialized fulfillment company in e-commerce, with national and international customers for which we provide logistics services. The team now consists of 140 colleagues. In the returns you are busy checking and processing the return products/packages. These are then processed in our own WMS system through an administrative act.
What we ask:
- An enthusiastic and inquisitive candidate with good communication skills
- Minimum MBO 3 training
- That you can work punctually and accurately
- Preferably experience with logistics work
- Preferably you are in possession of a valid REACH Truck certificate
- Good knowledge in word and writing of the English language is a requirement
- Good knowledge in speech and writing of the Dutch language is a plus
- Good control of the Microsoft Office package
