Dimass Group BV with its headquarters in Haelen is a specialized fulfillment company and is involved in fine -meshed logistics and personalized distribution of goods for web shops, marketplaces, B2B channels and marketing activities.

From our warehouses we offer our customers various services such as storage and warehousing, e-distribution, order picking, packaging and sending of these goods including return processing, invoicing and financial fulfillment. Our extensive clientele includes large national and international companies.

With the arrival of our new colleague "Louis Carton", we are committed to accelerating and making it more sustainable. Where packages were previously processed manually, packing an ever -increasing number of packages is now left to this packing robot.

For the expansion of our team, we are looking for a:

Technical Employee Logistics

Description of the work:

• You are responsible for the complete production process of our packing robot, called "Louis Carton"
• You ensure that the picked articles are processed in time by the packing robot and you take into account the set Cutoff times and KPIs of our customers
• You conduct daily maintenance and checks at the packing robot. You report irregularities to our operations manager.
• You have technical insight and you are able to resolve (small) malfunctions on the packing robot.
• You work according to the procedures, work instructions and safety regulations
• In addition to working with the packaging robot, you support the logistics process where necessary.
• You think along in process improvements in the field of automation.

What characteristics do you need:

• MBO (NIV4) Work and thinking level
• You have technical insight and have at least 2 years of experience in a (technical) production environment and/or as an operator
• You communicate smoothly, both in Dutch and English
• You like to work accurately
• You are happy to think about improving and accelerating the processes
• You are available full -time (40 hours a week) in varying services between 7:00 am - 11:30 pm
• Alternately also available at the weekend (with surcharge)
