Dimass Group BV With its headquarters in Haelen is a specialized fulfillment company and is involved in fine -meshed logistics and personalized distribution of goods for web shops, marketplaces, B2B channels and marketing activities.

From our warehouses we offer our customers various services such as storage and warehousing, e-distribution, order picking, packaging and sending of these goods including the return processing, invoicing and financial fulfillment. Our extensive clientele includes large national and international companies. We are currently relocating to our all-new e-fulfillment center in Haelen, where we bring all activities under one roof again and where we are ready for further growth of our company.

For the deportation of our Operations Team, we are looking for a:

Team leader Logistics (full -time)

Description of the work:

• You work together with your team and fellow team leaders in the workplace.
• You manage a team of order pickers & packers
• You have a real "hands on" mentality and you work and manage the pick and pack process.
• You monit the progress of daily operational processes within our company and place them in the right priority.
• You consult with fellow team leaders in the workplace, in order to guarantee the stated KPIs.
• Coaching, motivating and guiding your team
• Ensuring optimum occupation, productivity and deployment of your team
• Instructing, informing and supporting the employees of the department, so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently and correctly, according to the applicable standards

What characteristics do you need:

• MBO (NIV4) Work and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position (in logistics is a plus)
• Good in oral and written communication
• Good knowledge in word and writing of the English language is a requirement.
• Good knowledge in word and writing of the Dutch language is a plus.
• You have good communication skills and you show leadership qualities.
• You work accurately and you are accurate in following up agreements
• You have problem -solving capacity and a helicopter view
• You are available full -time in varying services between 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM
• Alternately also available at the weekend (with surcharge)
