For a long time, fulfilment has revolved around the processing of responses to direct marketing campaigns. The roots of Dimass, dating back to 1996, can be traced to this. But now that consumers make online purchases more frequently, fulfilment now mainly involves the processing of orders generated by transactions on the internet.
This means that Dimass has vast experience in fulfilment in the traditional sense of the word, but particularly specialises in fulfilment related to webshops, ecommerce and both large- and small-scale marketing campaigns. We handle the entire logistics process initiated by those few mouse clicks made by customers, all the way from goods received, storage and picking & packing to the worldwide shipment of products.
