A more and more important aspect of fulfilment is the handling of returns logistics.

Dimass runs its own returns department that assesses returned products and uses a predetermined RMA/DOA procedure to provide you with feedback via our SupportPlaza warehouse management system. The assessment of returns takes place according to a framework of variables approved by you in advance. You can even assess your returns with the use of photographs in SupportPlaza.
