Operator packing robot (CMC CartonWrap XL)

Dimass Group BV with its headquarters in Haelen is a specialized fulfillment company and is engaged in fine-mesh logistics and personalized distribution of goods for web shops, marketplaces, B2B channels and marketing activities.

From our warehouses, we offer our customers various services such as storage and warehousing, e-distribution, order picking, packaging and shipping of these goods including return processing, invoicing and financial fulfillment.

Our extensive customer base includes large national and international companies. With the construction of our completely new e-fulfilment center in Haelen, where we are bringing all activities back under 1 roof, we are ready for further growth of our company.

With the arrival of our new colleague 'Louis Carton', we are committed to speeding up and increasing sustainability. Where previously parcels were processed manually, the packing of an increasing number of parcels is now performed by this packing machine.

For the expansion of our pack team, we are looking on short notice for an Operator packing robot (CMC CartonWrap XL)

Job Description:

• As packing operator you are all-round employable within our packing department.
• You are responsible for the complete production process of our packing robot, called 'Louis Carton'.
• You ensure that the picked items are processed on time by the packing robot and take into account the cutoff times and KPI's of our customers.
• You perform daily maintenance and checks on the packing robot. 
• You report irregularities to our Operations Manager.
• You have technical insight and are able to solve (small) malfunctions of the packing robot.
• You work according to the procedures, work instructions and safety regulations
• In addition to working with the packing robot, you support the packing process where necessary

What qualities should you possess:

• MBO (niv4) working and thinking level
• You have technical insight and at least 2 years of experience in a (technical) production environment and/or as an operator
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
• You are committed to working accurately
• You like to contribute to the improvement and acceleration of processes
• You are full-time (40 hours per week) available in alternating shifts between 7.00 - 23.30 hours
• Alternately also available in the weekend (with allowance)
