Returns Specialist

Dimass Group BV with its headquarters in Haelen is a specialized fulfillment company and is engaged in fine-mesh logistics and personalized distribution of goods for web shops, marketplaces, B2B channels and marketing activities.

From our warehouses, we offer our customers various services such as storage and warehousing, e-distribution, order picking, packaging and shipping of these goods including return processing, invoicing and financial fulfillment.

Our extensive customer base includes large national and international companies. With the construction of our completely new e-fulfilment center in Haelen, where we are bringing all activities back under 1 roof, we are ready for further growth of our company.

To expand our teams, we are looking for a ReturnsSpecialist (Full-time/Part-time min. 32 hours)

Job Description:

• The position is in the warehouse in Haelen.
• Checking and processing the returned products/packages and processing them administratively (in the WMS system).
• The products received vary in size and weight and therefore we expect a good physical condition.
• Based on size and weight, these products fall within standard parcel post.
• Handling customer return related questions by phone and email.
• Communication with the customer regarding return handling.

What qualities should you possess:

• An enthusiastic and eager to learn candidate with good communication skills
• A minimum of MBO 3 education
• Ability to work punctually and accurately
• Preferably experience with logistics work
• Preferably you are in possession of a valid reach truck certificate
• Good written and spoken knowledge of the Dutch & English language is a requirement
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A commercial and customer-oriented attitude
