Dimass Group BV with its headquarters in Haelen is a specialized fulfillment company and is engaged in fine-meshed logistics and personalized distribution of goods for web shops, marketplaces, B2B channels and marketing activities.

 

From our warehouses we offer our customers various services such as storage and warehousing, e-distribution, order picking, packaging and shipping of these goods including return processing, invoicing and financial fulfillment. Our extensive customer base includes large national and international companies.

 

With the arrival of our new colleague 'Louis Carton', we are aiming for acceleration and sustainability. Where previously parcels were processed manually, the packing of an increasing number of parcels is now left to this packing robot.

 

 

For the expansion of our team, we are looking for a:

Technical Logistics Employee

 

 

Description of work:

• You are responsible for the complete production process of our packing robot, called 'Louis Carton'.
• You ensure that the picked articles are processed on time by the packing robot, taking into account the set cutoff times and KPI's of our customers.
• You perform daily maintenance and checks on the packing robot. You report irregularities to our Operations Manager.
• You have technical insight and are able to solve (small) malfunctions of the packing robot.
• You work according to the procedures, work instructions and safety regulations.
• Besides working with the packing robot you support the logistic process where necessary.
• You think along in process improvements in the area of automation.

 

 

What qualities do you have to possess:

• MBO (niv4) working and thinking level
• You have technical insight and at least 2 years of experience in a (technical) production environment and/or as an operator
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
• You like to work accurately
• You like to think along about improving and speeding up the process
• You are full-time (40 hours per week) available in alternating shifts between 7.00 - 23.30 hours
• Alternately also available in the weekend (with allowance)
