Incoming orders from your webshop are quickly and accurately processed by an experienced team of order pickers. They handle all steps of order picking, from collecting the items to packing and preparing them for shipment.

When it comes to packaging, Dimass offers a wide range of options. Naturally, products can be packed using standard packaging materials, but personalized packaging solutions are also available. Think of custom boxes in your company colors or with special designs.

In addition to packaging materials, we also provide the packing slip, return form or invoice, shipping label, and any accompanying letter. If desired, everything can be customized with your company branding.

Packing Robot

Speeding up and making our processes more sustainable. That’s our focus with the arrival of our latest addition, the packing robot. Where packages used to be processed manually, more and more are now packed by this robot.

With the intelligent logistics robot, we continue to stay ahead of the competition in the ever-evolving world of fulfillment. We have high standards for the quality of our services, which is why we are always working to optimize our processes. The order processing is a key part of that. With the packing robot, we address several developments that could no longer be optimized manually.

Benefits of the packing robot:

• Speed. The speed with which the packing robot packs products is unmatched manually. With the packing robot, we can significantly increase the frequency of packing.
• Efficient use of packaging material. Products processed by the packing robot are packed in a custom-made and folded box, minimizing excess cardboard usage.
• Sustainability. Thanks to the ability to create a custom box for each order, packages take up less space. This means more products can be shipped at once, leading to fewer trips and lower emissions.
• Less prone to errors. The automated packing process filters out mistakes that might occur during the picking process. Where a wrong product might have been picked and packed before, the robot now detects and corrects this in the process.

What’s in a name?

To celebrate the arrival of the packing robot as part of the Dimass family, we’ve named the robot ‘Louis Carton’. It’s a real gem in our warehouse, and we’re proud of it!
