From the moment a product is ordered online to the moment the end consumer signs for receipt: this process can be tracked step by step in SupportPlaza, Dimass' multilevel warehouse management system.

As a Dimass customer, you receive a personal account for SupportPlaza that allows you to log in to a visually appealing interface. On the dashboard, you can instantly see what is happening at Dimass in real time. How many new orders have arrived today, how many backorders are still open, how many inbound shipments are scheduled, what are the current stock levels, how many returns need to be processed, how many orders have been packed or already shipped, and much more. All the information that is valuable to you as a customer, up to the signature for receipt, is available in SupportPlaza.  

SupportPlaza is developed in-house by Dimass. The system is web-based, making it quick and easy to access from any PC, smartphone, or tablet. Through Dimass' 3S-tool, SupportPlaza can directly communicate with the webshop and the accounting software Snelstart. Additionally, there are various options for data exchange between SupportPlaza and your software.
