Returns logistics is becoming an increasingly important part of fulfilment.
Dimass has its own returns department that assesses returned products and provides feedback to you through our warehouse management system SupportPlaza, according to an agreed RMA/DOA procedure. The assessment of a return is done within a framework that is agreed upon with you in advance. You can even assess your returns through photos via SupportPlaza.
We have local return addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
