Dimass Group BV considers the careful handling of personal data important and ensures that privacy is safeguarded through measures in information security, data minimization, transparency, and user control.

We carefully process and protect personal data. Dimass Group BV handles data from consumers, employees, and partners. Data is mainly collected via automated systems (websites, CRM systems) for service delivery purposes.

This Privacy Statement summarizes our Privacy Policy. We have taken organizational and technical measures to comply with GDPR as outlined by the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP).

We process your personal data because you use our services and/or provide it to us. The personal data we process includes:

• Email address

Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data

We do not intend to collect data from visitors under 16 without parental consent. We advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities.

Your personal data is processed to:

• Contact you if necessary for our services or at your request
• Inform you about changes to our services or products
• Deliver goods or services

No automated decisions are made that have significant consequences for individuals.

You may request access, correction, deletion, transfer, or objection regarding your data. Requests can be sent to privacy@dimass.nl along with a copy of your ID (with photo, MRZ, number, and BSN blacked out). We will respond within 4 weeks. Data Security

We use SSL, SPF, and DNSSEC to protect your data and prevent abuse or redirection to fake IPs.
