Fulfilment
Fulfilment used to refer to the processing of responses after a direct marketing campaign, and this is where Dimass' roots lie, since 1996. But now, with consumers making more and more purchases online, fulfilment primarily refers to the processing of orders after an online transaction.
As a result, Dimass has extensive experience with fulfilment in the traditional sense, but is primarily specialized in fulfilment for webshops, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns, both large and small. We handle the complete logistics process initiated by just a few clicks from the customer. From intake, storage, picking & packing to the worldwide shipping of the products.
