Dimass Group BV, with its head office in Haelen, is a specialized fulfillment company and is involved in fine-grained logistics and personalized distribution of goods for web shops, marketplaces, B2B channels and marketing activities.

From our warehouses we offer our customers various services such as storage and warehousing, e-distribution, order picking, packaging and shipping of these goods, including returns processing, invoicing and financial fulfillment. Our extensive customer base includes large national and international companies.

With the arrival of our new colleague 'Louis Carton', we are committed to accelerating and making things more sustainable. Where packages were previously processed manually, the packing of an increasing number of packages is now left to this packing robot.

To expand our sales team, we are looking for a:

Account manager

Description of the work:

• You actively look for new collaborations within the e-commerce market. You are responsible for generating and approaching new leads and knowing how to convert them into a long-term collaboration.
• You have strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to convey our unique selling points to (potential) customers.
• You maintain customer relationships and know how to recognize and seize commercial opportunities.
• You maintain contact with our customers and visit them regularly, where the customer's needs and goals come first.

What qualities do you need:

• You have a commercial attitude and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• You are creative and flexible
• You are proactive, results-oriented and ambitious
• You work successfully both independently and in a team.
• Experience with acquisition is an advantage!
• You are available full-time (40 hours per week).
